Verbal Dispute at Laundromat Leads to Arrest

Sonora, CA…From the Sonora Police Dept…”On 3/20/19 around 7pm Sonora Police received a report at the Downtown Plaza Laundromat of 3 males in a verbal argument. When Officers arrived they contacted Kristopher Walters, 37 of Sonora, it was determined that Walters is on searchable county probation. A probation search was conducted, which resulted in locating a fixed blade knife in Walters backpack. Kristopher Walters was subsequently arrested and booked into Tuolumne County Jail for carrying a concealed knife.
