Marijuana Grow and BHO Lab on Almond Dr. in Valley Springs Eradicated & Arrest Made

Valley Springs, CA…On 3-22-2019 members of the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office Marijuana Enforcement Team served a search warrant for illegal marijuana cultivation at a residence on Almond Dr, Jenny Lind. This location was identified as having a marijuana cultivation operation. Investigators found an area inside of the residence that had been converted for the purposes of marijuana cultivation. A large green house was also located. Inside of a garage investigators found marijuana plants and a Butane Honey Oil (BHO) conversion lab. Deputies seized 463 marijuana plants, just over 174 pounds of processed marijuana, 14.6 ounces of concentrated marijuana, (2) rifle’s, (1) handgun and (1) shotgun. 43 year old Jason Martinez of Jenny Lind was arrested on scene and booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
