Bear Valley, CA…Hey Good People! Another stellar day is on tap with sunshine all around and a high of 43F and a lite East wind. Sunday is still slated to be even nicer with a high of 48F!!!!! A return of unsettled weather will arrive April 1st(no joke there) and bring warmer temps with it. Spring is here and so are variable weather patterns so keep checking in daily. Conditions are amazing and with 480″ of snow so far this season we look to have awesome conditions well into spring. Our closing date is currently April 21st.
