Murphys, CA…Steve Collum hosts us at the new Calaveras Wine & Beer Co. and takes us in for a sneak peek at their tasting room. We will be tasting four artisan pizza combinations and pair them with five local wines. Sure, this is noshing at it’s finest, but we will take an in-depth look on flavor combinations and why food and wine pairings work – or don’t!
