Murphys, CA – Forest Meadows Public Golf Course announces the opening of the 2019 season for golf and more! Located in the beautiful Forest Meadows gated community, on Highway 4, four miles east of Murphys. The scenic 9 hole course weaves among towering pines, oaks, and cedars. Come play 9 or 18 holes on the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed course. The course provides opportunities for avid golfers and beginners alike. Forest Meadows is a family friendly, casual dress golf course.

No need to rush out after a fun game of golf, stay for lunch at the Cafe on the Green’s patio overlooking the 9th hole while watching golfers approach shots and putts on the final hole. The restaurant is open Friday through Sunday, 11 am to 3 pm.

Make Forest Meadows Golf Course your live music destination this summer for the free Night on the Green concert series. This is the second year of outdoor concerts on the golf course brought to you by Friends of Forest Meadows.

Beginning in May, the concerts will be held twice monthly starting at 6 pm. Featured local bands are sure to get you singing along and dancing.

Dinner will be available for purchase until sold out. The clubhouse bar will be open, serving soda, wine, and cold draft beer. Guests are encouraged to bring their own folding chairs. Due to limited parking, please plan to carpool if possible. No RSVP needed. No pets please.
