Sonora, CA…A man wanted in connection with multiple burglaries has been arrested and the stolen property returned to the victims. Yesterday afternoon, one of our deputies pulled over a silver Toyota Tundra on Tuolumne Road North. The truck and driver, 43-year-old Jason Cerrutti Of Murphys, matched the description of a suspect involved in multiple burglaries reported in Tuolumne and at Christian Heights Church.

A records check showed Cerrutti was on Post Release Community Supervision and GPS monitoring showed Cerrutti at the burglary locations on the date and times the burglaries had occurred. A search of his vehicle was conducted and multiple stolen items were located along with bolt cutters, numerous keys, several pairs of gloves, and wire cutters. Deputies also found drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine in his possession. Cerrutti was arrested and booked into the Tuolumne County Jail
