San Andreas, CA…NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Calaveras Local Agency Formation Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the following item: Dissolution of County Service Areas #5, #7, #10 and #11 as required under Gov. Code Section 56879(b). The Commission intends to dissolve these districts after receiving notice from the State Controller’s Office. The Staff Report will be available for review at the LAFCO webpage 5 days prior to the hearing at www.calaveraslafco.org. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers at 891 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, CA on the 15th day of July 2019 at 6:00 p.m., at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Commission on any of the above stated item in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Calaveras Local Agency Formation Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
