West Point, CA…Enforcement Unit served a search warrant at an address located in the 200 block of Bucksaw Lane in West Point California. Investigators seized 1,101 growing marijuana plants and 27.47 pounds of processed marijuana. 5 firearms and a portion of an additional firearm were located during the search along with an illegal high capacity magazine. Calaveras County Code Compliance responded to the scene and discovered violations for electrical hazards and debris on the property.

Robert Redding (age 50 of West Point) was arrested and booked into the Calaveras County Jail on charges which included, Maintaining a place for unlawfully selling, giving away, or using any controlled substance, Illegal cultivation of marijuana, Possession of marijuana for sale, and Possession of a large capacity magazine.
