Copperopolis, CA…Boutelle was driving south approaching the other vehicles. Rinaldi was driving north in front of Pascual. Boutelle allowed his vehicle to cross the solid double yellow lines and into the path of Rinaldi. The left side of Boutelle’s vehicle struck the left rear of Rinaldi’s vehicle. This impact caused Rinaldi to lose control of his vehicle and it overturned twice. Boutelle’s vehicle continued and collided with the front of Pascual’s vehicle.

Alcohol and/or drugs are not considered a factor in this collision.
