Columbia, CA…Tuolumne County Sheriff’s deputies along with fire personnel responded to a house fire on Calle Quartz Road near Adelleana Lane in the Big Hill area of Columbia. The home was fully engulfed in flames and one person was found dead. The cause of the fire and death remain under investigation. An autopsy to determine cause of death and identification of the victim will be conducted.
