Soulsbyville, CA…One home was lost had there was a small spread to vegetation today in the fire on Monte Grande Dr. Incident Timeline from the Tuolumne Sheriff’s Dept…”Update 2 PM: The blaze has been fully contained. Crews will be on scene for several hours mopping up. Update 1 PM: CAL Fire reports Firefighters have completely contained the vegetation fire and the Structure Fire is 80% contained. One occupant is receiving assistance from Red Cross.

Update 12:20 PM:
Fire containment at 50%. No mandatory evacuations have been made. There are power outages in the area.

Update 11:52 AM:
One structure is completely engulfed in flames with approximately a quarter acre spread into vegetation.

Update 11:40 AM:
Deputies are in the neighborhood advising neighbors of the fire. No mandatory evacuations have been ordered.

Sheriff’s Deputies and Fire Crews are headed to a reported house fire at 17115 Monte Grande Dr. in Soulsbyville.
