Allie Cat is the Calaveras County Animal Services Shelter Pet of the Week

San Andreas, CA…Meet Allie, a gorgeous longhaired dilute tortie. This affectionate beauty has a calm, quiet demeanor and keeps her cage clean and tidy. Allie is the kind of cat who will find a favorite comfy spot on your bed or couch and consider it her own. Her most favorite place, however, will likely be your lap. When volunteers sit alongside her, Allie makes a beeline for theirs, curls up and softly purrs. Her lovely coat will need regular brushing – something she very much enjoys – though it sheds surprisingly little. About ten years of age and in excellent health, Allie has no trouble jumping from the floor to platforms several feet high. Although brought to the shelter as a neighborhood stray, it’s also clear that Allie was once someone’s kitty. Her ideal home would be a quiet household with someone willing to share both their heart and home with this exceptionally sweet girl.

As with all cats available for adoption at the Calaveras Animal Shelter, Allie is up-to-date on her routine vaccinations and has been micro-chipped. Since she is already spayed, she can go home with you today!
