Murphys, CA…”The Mark Twain Health Care District hosted a Pot Luck today to raise awareness for Fall Prevention.
Today is National Fall Prevention Day, and “Stay Vertical, Calaveras” participants practiced Tai Chi and had lunch at Murphys Park. Participants from all over the county attended to learn more about the very popular Tai Chi for Fall Prevention classes.”
