The Calaveras Humane Society cares about the destiny and comfort of companion animals. Our Thrift Store, via donations and purchases, raises funds that support our animal rescue mission.

We rely on local donations and do not accept funding from, nor support from, national animal rights organizations or humane societies.

We are a local non-profit organization. Our challenge is local animal welfare, not animal rights.
