Valley Springs Turned Out For Ribbon Cutting of New Grocery Outlet in Valley Springs

Valley Springs, CA…Seemingly all of Valley Springs turned out for the Ribbon Cutting of the New Grocery Outlet in Valley Springs. Local dignitaries from the Chamber of Commerce, Board of Supervisors Resource Connection, Rotary & lines of customers around the block were there for the Ribbon Cutting. One of the highlights was the $1,000 donated to Boy Scout Club Pack #352 Courtesy of Maria Carrera who donated her $200 Gift Card. Her generosity led Calaveras Telephone, Mark Twain Medical Center, Sierra Pacific Industries & Grocery Outlet to match her donation and raise the total to $1,000.


The unique grand opening ceremony that began at 8:55 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, “Unlocked Savings” and passed them back into the community. Grocery Outlet made a generous $1,500 donation on behalf of Grocery Outlet independent owner-operators Jamie and Joel Brandt to The Resource Connection, whose mission is to mission is to engage families, empower communities, and enrich the lives of the residents of Amador and Calaveras counties.

The first 200 customers received Grocery Outlet BlissBucks gift cards ranging from $5 to $200. All shoppers received a free reusable bag, while supplies last. and through Dec. 12, customers may enter for a chance to win a grand prize of Free Groceries for 1 Year!
