Angels Camp CA…An Arnold Man was driving his Dodge westbound on State Route 4, east of Appaloosa Way at approximately 50 mph. He made an unsafe turning movement to the right which allowed the Dodge to leave the roadway. When the Dodge left the roadway, it collided with a wooden bridge. After the collision, He remained on scene for CHP.

California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) was called and notified of the damage bridge. Any questions regarding the status of repairs to the bridge should be directed to Caltrans.
