Altaville, CA…Dear Community Supporter, The Grad Night Foundation of Calaveras County is a non-profit organization that provides safe, sober and fun graduation parties for our high school seniors. Since 1989, Calaveras County has not had a single alcohol or drug related high school graduation tragedy. The school does not put on the party. It is an ALL volunteer group using 100% donations and fundraising to fund the Sober Grad Night. This year Calaveras and Bret Harte High Schools are combining fundraising efforts by hosting a Mega Ladies Bingo Night at the Calaveras County Fairgrounds in Angels Camp on January 25, 2020.

Can your business support this good work by providing funds or donating goods or services for our Raffle or Silent Auction at the Ladies Bingo Night? All proceeds will go to the Calaveras Grad Night Foundation that funds 100% of the school’s Grad Night Parties.

If you prefer to sponsor a table or a bingo game for $100 or more, you can mail a check made payable to
“Calaveras Grad Night Foundation” with a memo “Bingo Table Sponsor” or “Bingo Game Sponsor” to the
address above. Donations can also be made through our website below.
