Downed Power Lines Spark West Point Area Fire

West Point, CA……On August 30 quick work by ground and air units helped keep a fire in the 400 block of Higdon Spink Cutoff Road to 1/4 acre. Downed power lines sparked the fire that had the the fuel to grow. Additional details on the incident are below.
