Copperopolis, CA…On Thursday February 20, 2020, Animal Services responded to the 700 block of Uncle Billy Co. in Copperopolis for a complaint of a large amount of animals in poor living conditions. Upon arrival, officers found approximately 47 animals in the residence, with no water available to them.

The house was red-tagged b, Calaveras County Code Enforcement for, among other issues, not having water connected. Animal Services proceeded to seize all of the animals, which are currently in our care.
