Jamestown, CA…From the Tuolumne Sheriff’s Dept…”On Tuesday just after 5 pm, deputies responded to a residence on Sixth Avenue in Jamestown for a reported stabbing. Upon arrival deputies learned an altercation started between two teen juveniles over one owing the other $5.00. The altercation became physical and ended with one juvenile stabbing the other juvenile in the torso with a pocket knife.
The victim of the stabbing was provided medical treatment at the scene. The victim was transported to Adventist Health Sonora for further treatment of moderate injuries and later released.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Center for attempted murder and criminal threats.”
