Yoga for a cause at Columbia State Historic Park Fundraising event for Friends of Columbia SHP

Columbia, CA…Friends of Columbia SHP (Friends) announced a hotel package fundraiser for Saturday, March 28, to benefit educational programs at the park. Package prices range from $85 – $160. All proceeds go to the non-profit organization.

The announcement included “Me Time” and “Friends” packages with a one-night stay in a historic hotel, a yoga session and a thank you gift for supporting the non-profit organization. Guests can add to the experience by having dinner at one of the restaurants in the park, perusing the unique shops throughout the historic district and enjoying gold rush activities.

Friends partnered with local businesses to make this event an enjoyable evening for patrons. Kim Brodie, of Mountain Om Yoga, offered to lead a relaxing yoga session and Seven Sisters Soap and Candle Co. donated candles for the gift baskets.

Sponsorship package prices vary based on hotel room and number of guests. Call (209) 532-1479 for details and reservations. Packages cannot be purchased online. Guests will need to bring yoga/exercise mat and meet at Eagle Cotage at 4:45 p.m. Hotel check-in is 3 p.m.
