Law Enforcement Arrest Looters In San Andreas

Placerville CHP, San Andreas CHP, Angels Camp PD K9, Calaveras County Sheriff, and Yolo County Sheriff just responded to a report of looters at a residence in San Andreas. One suspect was taken into custody from a home that showed signs of forced entry.
