Angels Camp, CA…Firefighters from multiple agencies made quick work of a vegetation fire in the 7800 Block of Riata Way. Initially the fire in the Circle XX Subdivision was a structure threat but quick work kept it to an acre of grass and $200 in damages. A mechanical failure on an engineered septic system caused the conflagration. Details of the Departments and equipment involved is below..
