Tuolumne, CA…Monday morning, deputies responded to the Black Oak Casino parking garage for a report of 25-year-old Blaze Garner of Tuolumne trespassing. Prior to our deputy’s arrival, they were informed Blaze had several warrants for his arrest.

When deputies arrived, Blaze, along with 37-year-old Laura Corsaut of Tuolumne, 27-year-old Ryan Morrison of Sonora, and 28-year-old Kristy Smith of Sonora were in a vehicle in the parking garage. Blaze was immediately taken into custody and searched. Blaze was in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia when taken into custody.

Deputies were given consent to search the vehicle, in turn, locating illegal fireworks, a large amount of methamphetamine in a backpack in the passenger compartment of the vehicle, and various drug sales related paraphernalia. In total, just over two ounces of methamphetamine were seized.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Blaze was arrested for his warrants in addition to new charges related to drug possession and drug sales. Laura was arrested for possession of drugs with intent to sell and possession of illegal fireworks. Ryan was arrested for a warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Kristy was issued a citation for possession of methamphetamine.
