Alpine County, CA…The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will conduct one-way traffic control on State Route 207 from Route 4 to Mount Reba Resort for paving work beginning Monday, August 23, through Thursday, August 26, from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 27, 2021. This work is part of a repaving project in Alpine County from Route 4/207 to the end of Route 207 at Mount Reba Resort, and in Calaveras County from west of Cabbage Patch to the Alpine County Line.

Motorists should expect 10-minute delays and take alternate routes whenever possible.
Work is scheduled to begin as listed, but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment, and/or materials and construction related issues.
