Copperopolis, CA…Roasters Coffee Corner in Copperopolis Town Square has become a place where many make their daily pilgrimages for their morning pastry, coffee, latte, mocha or espressos and then a return trip a few hours later for great lunch items. After falling in love with Calaveras County and the Copperopolis area George Greaves and his wife opened Roasters in 2014. With his background in the foodservice and restaurant industry George and his great crew have made Roasters and integral part of the community.

With consistently great food and beverages their commitment to great customer experiences is on display everyday. They are open from 7am to 3pm everyday extend their hours during events and celebrations at Copperopolis Town Square.
