I have been involved in sports and fitness my entire life. Having 3 older brothers growing up, I was raised with 2 main priorities…do well in school and do well in sports! I started doing strength training, cardio, and eating right when I was 15 and have never stopped (45 years later)!! I played a little football in high school and college (UC Davis – Go Ags!), achieved my bachelors degree in Physiology and a MBA in Operations Management, and had a 37 year career in the biopharmaceutical industry positively impacting people’s lives (very motivating!). I’ve also taken up competitive bodybuilding as a hobby, which provides me with motivation to continue to keep getting better.
