Douglas Flat, CA…A Local Resident thought that the public might need to be alerted that a mountain lion is killing livestock and pets in the Douglas Flat Area. There have been 5 incidents in the last month on three different people’s property. Killed 1 goat, three nights later killed 3 goats, (heard killed several animals on Pennsylvania Gulch Rd. area), 2 nights ago killed 10 sheep, and this morning was sighted in day light hours and killed 2 bunnies.

This is a dangerous animal and people with kids and pets should be aware it is lurking around the area.
