I would like to go at 6:30 to the meeting. It seems like a Real Estate ploy to allow only attendees who pay for a dinner before to go. Open it to anyone, please.

Where is all the needed information. It’s for sale? This seems to be a fee event dinner to talk about plans for a park there? Lots of questions left in a readers mind unanswered here.

Sounds like more bored busy body transplants with grand thoughts of gaining local attention to how special they view themselves, with their narcissistic need for attention control of all others in rural communities before their unwelcome intrusion.

How typical of the transplant mental illness pouring in. Having a fee meeting to tell you about their plan for a piece of property for sale on the market, pretending they already own it. Do not give these insane people a place at any table.

Since it is for sale the most that could be done is suggest to the new owners that the community would like to see it made into a park. However, the new owners would likely say, how would any revenue be generated from it for the owners, it would only be an expense for them. Putting out that kind of money they would likely want a return on their investment.
