It is an incredible honor to step into the shoes of Jill and Shawn, who have built this amazing business over the past 30 years. Their vision and dedication have made this company a cornerstone of our community, and we are deeply grateful for their trust in us to carry on their legacy. We are also elated to be working with such a talented, experienced and loyal team of staff members!

A little about us:

Kim has been part of the Sierra Nevada Adventure Company family for the past two years, working closely with Jill to take on the role of CFO. Her dedication and hands-on experience have prepared her to continue guiding the financial and operational aspects of the company with care and precision.

Bill brings a wealth of experience from running his own vintage motorcycle dealership and managing mid-size businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences align perfectly with the values of Sierra Nevada Adventure Company.

Our promise to you is simple: we will keep everything you love about this business alive and thriving. From the curated selection of gear and clothing to the friendly, knowledgeable staff and our commitment to serving the local community, we aim to uphold and enhance the traditions that have made Sierra Nevada Adventure Company so special.

We are also delighted to share that Jill and Shawn will still be part of the adventure! They plan to work with us occasionally on weekends from now until the end of summer, so you may see their friendly faces in the stores!
