I’m going to be as polite as I could possibly be: Title 9 was written to give more monies to women’s sports, to make the playing field more level $wise, also provide fields, practice venues available to women so they didn’t have to wait till midnite to practice after school. There were other reasons, but to interject that men could claim they were women and compete as women was never in there! What is it with guys that think competing on women’s teams is a noble idea! Same goes for bathrooms, you either have a vagina or a penis ( not implanted), play against your own sex, use your appointed restroom or locker room. It’s easy, do it, or those of us that see men, boys trying to use women only bathrooms or locker rooms will be forced to deal with it!
Trans folks can have opposite sexual organs, breasts, a penis, yet do not have a testosterone level indicative of a full male. They do not present the skeletal, or muscular confirmation of a full male. This is why a blood test is more of an indication of sex.
In the Olympics a few years back, there was a furor over some Russian athletes competing as women, when they presented as male , had the muscle mass, bone structure of men , yet were entered in womens events, and winning. After this, blood tests were required, and for a good reason.
I know some have not been aware of animals which do exhibit characteristics of the opposite sex from their anatomy. We had a dairy, and used a bull. We had a cow that bellowed, and rode cows in heat, and showed bull behavior, yet she also produced milk, not the best milker, as the other cows. There are in zoos, examples of animals who behave as their opposite counterparts.
Life is not black and white , many wish it to be, but in biology this is not the case.

To the respondent about a female dairy cow “acting like a bull”, I to grew up on a dairy, and this practice was exhibited all the time by heifers on heifers who were in heat. This was and is always been called “bulling”, nothing new, but to put it as though your heifer was one of a kind is ridiculous!

I too lived on a dairy. The cow bellowed as bulls do, you missed that, I guess? Cows “bulling” is how I saw cows that needed bred. The mentioned cow also pawed at the soil, as bulls do. What about other animals in zoos, and in nature I also mentioned?
