Arnold, CA…This Valentine’s Day weekend, we’re raising a dram to all our fellow fearless couples. The ones who have weathered the storms and the ones who haven’t yet faced them. The ones who took a chance on a partnership with someone else- maybe their own opposite- and in so doing, they found themselves. As the Ubuntu saying goes, ‘go alone if you want to go fast; go together if you want to go far.’

Nate and Bonnie Randall may be our founders • owners • operators • distiller. But they’re also adventurers. They’re go-getters. They’re seekers. They recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary, and this year marks the 5th year that they’ve been in business together at Hinterhaus.

They each bring their own fresh approach to our growing enterprise. Stemming from unique skill sets and experiences, they’ve earned their own recognitions over the years. But together, Nate and Bonnie are a formidable team.

Are they fearless? Hardly. Bull headed? At times. Good listeners? Always. Practical? Without saying. Hell-bent on turning their family business into something their community and the American distilling landscape can be proud of? Every • single • day.
