We had a sizeable crew, soon as the snow melted we hit it, raising tables in campgrounds, righting signs, painting cleaning up debris, and so on, then the “Circus started contracting with Dodge Ridge to do the same to keep some of their winter employees busy, I started seeing the stuff we had taken care of start to turn to “crap”! The last time I was up the hill the “sno-park ares were trashy, not taken care of,whose idea to reduce crews, and have 3/4 of the “Circus” employees holed up in offices in Halfass Pines, Sonora, Summitt Districts sitting there filling out reports on computers and getting nothing done in the forest? The Circus is a prime example of people with titles doing nothing! Your job is to serve the public, where has that gone?
