Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 6 to 12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph.

The hazardous conditions will impact commutes through Friday
evening. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
