San Andreas, CA…Yes they’re back!  Those Crazy Crustaceans from Louisiana!  The “Mudbugs”, the “Crawdads”, yes those tasty “Crawfish” from the South!  Thousands of them all flying into Calaveras County for the 5th Annual “Ragin Cajun Festival” in San Andreas, CA on Saturday April 26th.

Whether it’s those Tasty Tails you crave or the Authentic Jambalaya prepared by Louisiana born and raised Dave Haggard!  Or perhaps you want to satisfy that Southern Sweet Tooth of yours with an authentic New Orleans Style Light and Airy Beignets coated with a generous portion of Powdered Sugar!

What?  You want more!

Okay, how about we throw in some Cajun Gator with Bayou Sauce right out of “Louisiana Heavens” Kitchen!

Oh yeah, let’s not forget some Cajun Catfish and some Shrimp and Fries!

How about some Sausage Sandwiches, Cajun Dogs, BBQ’d Oysters and what the heck, some Ice Cream too!

How about 3 Stages with live music ranging from Zydeco to 50’s & 60’s and everything in between with plenty of seating in the Sun, in the Shade, Indoors or Outdoors, your choice!

    This is by far the event of the season have been the last two years the people who attend are the pillar of the community well dressed well mannered and groomed this is where the Calaveras yearly beauty contest should be taken place never have I seen such lovely and well dressed ladies believe me it well worth your time and your money This is surely California Gold!
