3.	Make a public benefit finding and approve a lease agreement between the County of Calaveras (Lessor) and the Calaveras County Arts Council (Lessee) for the use of County-owned office space located at 22 Main Street, San Andreas, CA. The lease term shall be for three (3) years, commencing July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2028, at a rental rate of $100 per month ($1,200 annually).
