    What is with all of the “No report taken” incidents? How can any meaningful decisions be made regarding the S. O. if no reports are taken? It actually seems like the Sherriffs office thinks if no reports are taken there must be no problems in the county. You can’t improve things if you do not have data. Data comes from reports.
