San Andreas, CA…Please join us in congratulating Officer Torrez, who officially graduated from the CHP Academy on August 1st!

A proud Southern California native, Officer Torrez comes from a strong law enforcement family — his father currently serves as a CHP Sergeant, and he was fortunate to graduate alongside his older brother, who also completed the Academy just two years prior.

Officer Torrez is now beginning the next phase of his journey as he applies what he learned at the Academy during field training. He will be serving the communities of Calaveras and Alpine Counties, continuing our mission of providing Safety, Service, and Security to the people of California.
