No Good Deed Goes Unpunished as Suspect Steals Wallet During Ride

San Andreas, CA…On September 15, 2025, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stolen wallet containing approximately 13 bank cards. The victim also reported that, although he did not know the suspect, he provided the stranger with a ride to a probation department in San Andreas for a meeting. The deputies initiated an investigation, and the victim canceled his bank cards.

The first development in the investigation came the next day, when the victim’s wallet was located in a trash can inside the Calaveras County Probation Department. The victim confirmed the wallet was his and provided deputies with a bank alert showing a declined transaction in Calaveras County. Through the investigation, deputies identified the suspect as Micah Zane Spearing, 52, of West Point.

Suspect Spearing was later apprehended in a vehicle operated by Suspect Matthew Dale Ecklund, age 43, of Rail Road Flat, after attempting to use the victim’s card at an ATM in San Andreas. When contacted, Spearing, who is on active probation, was found in possession of one of the victim’s bank cards. A search of the vehicle he was in revealed 12 more bank/credit cards belonging to the victim, methamphetamine, and two live ammunition rounds. The driver, suspect Ecklund, claimed ownership of the live ammunition. The investigation revealed suspect Eklund as a prohibited person from possessing firearms or ammunition. Both Spearing and Eklund were taken into custody without incident and transported to the County Jail. Suspect Ecklund was charged with one felony. Suspect Spearing was charged with three misdemeanors and three felonies.

Due to the victim’s prompt actions, the losses in this case were kept to a minimum. This is a good reminder to be cautious when transporting people you are not familiar with.

      This is even better!!!
President Donald Trump has issued an executive order formally designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization, marking the most direct federal action against the group to date.

The order characterizes Antifa as a “militarist, anarchist enterprise” intent on overthrowing the US government and law enforcement. In the the statement, it says the organization orchestrates campaigns of violence across the country, including riots, assaults on officers, armed standoffs, and harassment of political figures. According to the text, Antifa not only recruits and radicalizes young Americans but also works to hide its funding and shield the identities of its members.

Everything is catching up to the party of hate and their cult members who celebrate hate, violence and murders they’ve committed.

What a great President we have.

God Bless America and the people who love her.
