San Andreas, CA…Calaveras County is developing a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) to improve roadway safety. The CSAP will provide a plan for reducing roadway fatalities and serious injuries. The CSAP will include strategies to improve safety as well as a framework for implementing the strategies.
