Private Property Storm Debris Prohibited within County Right of Way

San Andreas, CA…Residents are hereby advised that placing storm and yard debris—including trees, branches, leaves and other landscaping materials within the County Right-of-Way is strictly prohibited.
Improper disposal of debris can obstruct drainage systems, create safety hazards, and negatively impact public infrastructure and the environment.A citation will be placed on any private property responsible for the placement of storm debris in the Right-of-Way.
Please ensure all yard waste is properly contained and disposed of in accordance with local waste management guidelines.
