Improper disposal of debris can obstruct drainage systems, create safety hazards, and negatively impact public infrastructure and the environment.A citation will be placed on any private property responsible for the placement of storm debris in the Right-of-Way.
Please ensure all yard waste is properly contained and disposed of in accordance with local waste management guidelines.

Ya you Arnold people, keep your crap to yourself, you wouldn’t want to impede storm drain water, we have had so much of it, and to the low-life’s that think Parrotts Ferry, and Camp 9 are “free” dump spots, grow up!
