Six Bullfrogs Honored in Celebratory Letter of Intent Signing Event

Angels Camp, CA…Seniors Delaney Dickson, Peyton Lawrence, Reese Roeder, Ayla Jodie, David Willey, and Annelise Zumbach were celebrated for signing with a four-year college to continue their athletic and academic careers yesterday May 11 in Bob Bach Gymnasium.

Athletic director Brian Barnett opened the event and shared, “We are here to celebrate the accomplishments of six outstanding Bret Harte Student athletes and wish them well as they leave Bret Harte.” He added, “They will be continuing their education and athletics at a four-year college. Each of these student-athletes have excelled in the classroom as well as in their particular sport. Many have been two or 3 sport athletes as well as key members of each of their teams.”

Delaney Dickson has signed with Davis & Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia to play softball. The Senators are a NCAA Division II school and are part of the Mountain East Conference. Both Ayla Jodie and David Willey have signed with Willamette University in Salem, Oregon to run track and field.
