Angels Camp, CA…The Angels Camp Police Department has arrested Nathan Wayne Galusha, 28, in connection with an ongoing child abuse investigation involving allegations related to a minor victim.
On May 21, 2026, the Angels Camp Police Department received a report initiating an investigation into allegations of sexual abuse of a child. Following the investigation, Galusha was arrested without incident on May 23, 2026, at his residence in Murphys, California. He was subsequently booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
Galusha was arrested on suspicion of rape and lewd acts with a child under the age of 14. The investigation also includes allegations of child abuse related to injuries sustained by a minor child from a previously unreported incident reported to have occurred within the City of Angels Camp in late 2025.
Due to the ongoing investigation and its sensitive nature, no additional details are available at this time.
