Yes, there is a Federal vaccine injury trust fund for the 1-3% that have some injury from vaccinations, this is not enough of a reason to not vaccinate the 99% of the rest of a population.
A rational measure is to administer a single vaccine at a time, and after one month another, this would reduce the shock to children’s immune system.
