The founding idea and promise of America is life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness! After 250 years by most measurements we are failing Americans.
Looking at metrics it is increasingly difficult to not only buy homes, but many hard working people are falling behind on even affording the basics of life.
Even more alarming is that peak happiness and belief in our nation’s peaked in 1957. So for almost 70 years our belief in our future has been slipping.
