Arnold, CA…(Updated, PG&E is now estimating a 2:15am Aug, 10th restoral. They originally said it would be 8:15pm. Then they moved it to 10:15pm. Now they have backed it all the way up to 2:15am.) PG&E is reporting Customers affected 6,995 Customers affected in their outage in the Greater Arnold area. This number has increased, not decreased, this large outage originally started at 5,300. There are also several small outages at lower elevations as well including in the Copperopolis area where the Kiva Fire was.
