Arnold, CA…(Updated) PG&E is reporting Customers affected 6,995 Customers affected in their outage in the Greater Arnold area. This number has increased, not decreased, this large outage originally started at 5,300. There are also several small outages at lower elevations as well including in the Copperopolis area where the Kiva Fire was.
