Murphys, CA…Sidewalk construction will continue along Pennsylvania Gulch Road on Saturday, August 15, 2026, as part of the ongoing Pennsylvania Gulch Road Sidewalk Project in Murphys. Construction activity is scheduled to take place during daylight hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Traffic lanes along Pennsylvania Gulch Road may be impacted. Barricades, warning devices and/or flaggers will be in place to guide motorists and pedestrians safely through the work zone. Sidewalk access will remain closed for the duration of construction.

The County appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation as construction crews work to complete this important project.
