San Andreas, CA…The Registrar of Voters is saddened to learn of District 5 Supervisorial candidate Bruce Giudici’s sudden passing on August 31, 2026.

Pursuant to Elections Code §§ 8803(a) and 15402(a), Mr. Giudici’s name will remain on the November 3, 2026 ballot, and votes cast for him shall be counted in determining the results of the election for District 5 Supervisor. If Mr. Giudici receives a majority of votes cast, he shall be considered elected, and consistent with Govt. Code § 25060, an individual will be appointed by the Governor to fill the vacancy until the election or qualification of a successor.
