San Andreas, CA…Congratulations to Officer H Fletcher (right) who received an award from MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Drivers) for her outstanding efforts in arresting impaired drivers. Lt Dewayne Lewis, San Andreas CHP Commander, attended the award ceremony last week with Officer Fletcher.
