SUMMARY: Contacted subject who was going onto peoples property and into their garages. He told me his
dog had to be put down yesterday and he believes the dog was poisoned. Dog got out last week for about an
hour before he was found. Subject stated he had a PHD in chemistry and he examined the dog. He concluded
the dog died from proylene glycol poisoning (anti-freeze). I advised him not to go onto people’s yards and
garages. He told me he has to go to each home to complete his investigation. I advised him to go to animal
control and find out what can be done.

Summary: Resp did not meet 5150 criteria. Both children were in good health, clean and dressed. , the 4 year
old daughter, said she had eaten food “all day” and was dancing around watching a movie. , the 1 year old
son, was asleep in the back bedroom. The house had lots of toys scattered throughout, but I did not notice
anything dangerous to children. I met with the RP after and told her what I observed. RP will consider
follow-up with CWS and filing for custody of the children if she thinks it needs to be done. . Disposition:

Summary: RP just wanted documentation of the incident, the issue was resolved by Kohl’s and the RP was not
out any money. RP has had issues with her SSN being used in the past. RP was advised she could utilize the
FBI’s website to register as a victim of identity theft, and she could contact Social Security about her

Summary: RP and her boyfriend reported their vehicle was picked up by with a forklift while they were in it.
They also claimed refused them access to their personal property, and physically assaulted and took his
Samsung tablet. Investigation into the incident showed nothing the RP and her boyfriend reported was
accurate. Additionally, had documentation proving used business bank account to make just under $1000 in
online purchases. also fraudulently altered AT&T cellular service plan in order to get himself additional
services, a new phone, and a tablet. did not want to file charges against his son. was advised that a
protection order of some sort would be a good idea. The RP and her boyfriend were instructed to stay away

have been staying at the neighbors house in a tent. SUMMARY: RP lives in the Bay Area and has remote
viewing of his security system. He said two females keep using a port of potty located at his second residence.
The responsible’s keep using the bathroom and making a mess. The responsible’s live at Roger’s ? residence
in a tent. He will go to the Twain Harte residence on 09-24-16. He is going to ask for a deputy and he wants to
admonish the responsible so they can be arrested for trespassing the next time they go onto his property. .

landlord, (who no longer owns the property) admittedly showed up at the residence between the dates of
9/12/16 and 9/20/16 while the RP was away on vacation. turned off the power and some of the water lines of
the property. She also removed some fencing, in ground plants a hottub and water spigots/valves. The
responsible was told not to remove items or come to the property while the RP was away. Once the RP
discovered the items were gone, she contacted the responsible and told her she was no longer allowed to
